One of the staff members from Mind Professionals Neurodevelopmental service personally took the time to find a clinic within walking distance of a train station local to us, which made a huge difference. She kept me updated throughout the process and even called me as soon as the clinician gave permission to share the outcome, knowing how anxious I had been while waiting."
